Soul Piece Labs is happy to offer free shipping on all Domestic orders over $30 and all International orders over $40. Order values must be before any taxes, fees, and discounts.
No code required, just shop as normal and free shipping will automatically be added to any carts above the required amount before taxes, fees, and discounts.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or duties at the time of delivery. Requests to mark as a gift or to undervalue orders will not be honored as that is a violation of US Export regulations. Learn more about it here.

When do you ship?
We orders are shipped within 5 business days. Shipping times are subject to delays during release weeks or the holiday season.

When will my order arrive?
If you're in the US:
We use USPS First Class Mail which estimates delivery at 1-3 business days. All domestic orders include a tracking number which you can find in your shipping email.
If you're outside of the US:
We use USPS First Class International Mail which can take up to 45 business days (up to 2 months) for packages to arrive in some areas of the world. This option includes free tracking for deliveries to select destinations.
Check if your country applies here and use the package barcode tracking number included in your shipping email.

What if I still haven't gotten my order?
We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but if you haven't received your order in 15 business days for US deliveries and 45 business days for international, send us an email so we can try to remedy the situation.

I placed multiple orders, can I combine shipping?
If you place 2 or more orders within 24 hours, we will automatically combine shipping and refund you any shipping charges. If you've placed your order after 24 hours, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
