2017 Holiday Break
Thank you so much for all the incredible support in our first year of existence. The love and energy that you share with us inspires us and fuels our creativity. We're looking forward to another year of doing our best.
It's important to take breaks and rest to support continued growth so we are on a Holiday Break. We will be spending the holidays with our loved ones and the new year in Japan to meet some old and new friends. We'll spend this time recharging and gathering inspiration and creative energy for 2018.
We'll still be posting (less frequently) to our Instagram as well as storying our travels, so watch our feed for interesting news. There might be some surprises planned ;)

Can I still place an order?
Yes, our online store will continue to stay open and orders can be placed during this time. All orders placed on or after December 21st will not ship until we resume in 2018.
If you decide to place multiple orders during this time, they will automatically be combined on our return and any additional shipping charges will be refunded. No need to contact us.

When will I get my order?
Most shipments will resume Monday January 8th. If your order has address issues or contains special items, those may ship at a later date.

I have a problem with an existing order or shipment, can I still get help?
Yes please email us at email@example.com. We will continue to check our email in a regular, but less frequent schedule. We'll do our best to resolve any issues during this time, but more complicated ones may not be resolved until we return to the states in January.
